Eligibility

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. You can return your mat within 30 days of the date you receive it for a refund of the product price (original shipping is not refunded), if the item is returned:

• unused, in the original condition
• with all original packaging and tags
• within 30 days of receiving it
• with proof of purchase (your order confirmation is fine)

All returns must be arranged prior to sending your item back to us.

Please make it a priority to check your items upon delivery.

Faulty or damaged items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your mat arrives damaged, has a major fault, or is not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the fault is minor we may repair or replace it instead. Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will pay the return postage. Please tell us about any problems within 7 days if you can, although your legal rights do not stop after that.

Process

To arrange a refund process, contact us via email at info@cabanamate.com.au.

Products received by Cabanamate with no email 'Refund Confirmation' may be rejected and no refund given.

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for organising return shipping (including paying any delivery fees) and you must provide tracking information to Cabanamate. We are based in metro Brisbane.

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Refunds are issued in the currency you paid in.

International orders

The same rules apply to orders shipped to the United States and New Zealand. Return postage for change of mind returns is paid by you, and customs duties we paid on your behalf are not refunded for change of mind returns.
